Hello I’m looking at buying a house in Montacute Avenue, Plymouth, PL5 3PR.
would anyone be able to advise if these are steel framed houses as I’ve been told they were built post WW2, in the 1950’s.
I dont know much about these houses or the risks involved, so I’m seeing whether it could be a wise investment or not.
