BISF House Extensions
BISF houses have traditionally been easy to adapt and modernise and lend themselves well to being extended to increase space and more importantly value. Adding a two storey extension and increasing the number of available bedrooms has the highest impact on value, smaller extensions i.e enclosed porches have the least financial impact but they do improve kerbside appeal.

I've posted a link to the location below but unfortunately we do not have any other details or plans regarding this very unusual extension.
Can anyone tell me the best way to tie a extension into the house? Is it a cause of bolting brackets to existing frame of the house and tie it to that?
