Identification Build Type, potential issue?

Hi, I am in the process of buying a property. After my valuation I was informed that the property has a timber frame.

Mortgage was still offered based on this and they didn't actually examine the timber as it was concealed.

My question is, is this definitely a timber build property dating back to 1950s? I think looking at similar properties that this could be scottswood. Or could the valuation report be wrong? 

What issues would I have with this, does it look like it would hold up? Am I making a big gamble here?
