We are struggling to sell ex council house built in 1926 and is a Parkinson Frame house. Structural repair works were carried out in 1981 which included mesh under the pebbledash and structural foam in the cavity. Work was carried out before PRC scheme was introduced. Prospective buyers are struggling to find anyone that will offer them a mortgage without a PRC. Has anyone got any advice on how to sell it? Full structural survey carried out.
