Identification help identifying this home in portmead?

Hi, it's quite difficult to identify this property as there's no clear view of the full structure. I did a little digging and noted that the majority of nearby dwellings were extensively refurbished back in 1995.

According to council records, the properties are described as being PRC (Precast Reinforced Concrete) dwellings:

It appears that number 19 was not included in the refurbishment scheme, but the adjoining property, number 21 was.

I note that the estate agents listing suggests the property is steel framed, which conflicts somewhat with the councils' own description.

If the property is steel framed, then it appears to resemble the Cruden system of construction, in part due to the presence of sectional concrete panels to the exterior walls, but equally, it also bares resemblance to the 'Unity Type II' PRC dwelling, which are unfortunately classified as defective under housing act legislation.

The works stated above, indicate that that some of the PRC elements of the adjacent buildings was replaced with brickwork, however a separate council planning record for No.19 Glenside Road (shown below) states 'REPLACEMENT OF CONCRETE PANELS WITH FACE BRICKWORK'. The statement, "Face Brickwork", does not tell us if the brickwork is/was structural, or even cosmetic, as in brick facing slips.

I've checked Swansea Councils housing stock record, but unfortunately there is no mention or records of the properties on this small section of the estate.
