Identification Is this cross-wall construction?

Hi seeking help from the property I,m considering purchasing. The survey report states it appears to be cross-wall construction but cannot confirm. 

Any views on its construction type would be highly appreciated thx.

@steve_salsa Hi Steve, from an external viewpoint, I would suggest that it isn't a croswall property, due to the fact that the front and rear walls appear to be of solid brick construction. Of course, the bricks could just be facing bricks (brick-slips).

I think it's the appearance of a brick dividing party wall between the properties on the front elevation, with what appears to be a boarded infill that gives rise to the Croswall suggestion. However, the rear elevation appears to be of traditional construction.

You can try searching our Council Housing stocks list HERE.

If this is a former council property and the local council still holds some housing stock,  you might strike lucky and be able to identify the property.
