Identification What type of no fines house?

Hi There, We are in the process of purchasing a property- 55 Parklands Maresfield TN22 2HS. We have had a homebuyers survey done and it states that this is a concrete house and is assumed to be Wimpey no fines but we have been advised to find out the exact construction type but we are not having much luck. Wealden council have said their records do not go back that far? Under the Wealden search on this website it states ‘System built- no fines’ does this mean it’s likely to be Wimpey no fines?
