Concrete slab insulation/ underfloor heating

Has anyone insulated the concrete slab and does it make a difference?
I was thinking is it possible to lay underfloor heating (water) not electric and has anyone done it.
My floor is freezing :(

I haven’t engaged in any form of under floor heating myself but I did see one of our members insulating the floor of his house. I don’t know if he incorporated under floor heating with this insulation but you could always ask him on his post or send him a message.
The image I refer to is shown below but looking closer it could well just be insulation.
